Every change is recorded. Every signature is checked. The hospital side meets the same bar as the research side.

Our story
Four years, three offices, one product.
2022
We started in San Francisco
A doctor, a researcher, and an engineer met for coffee. They talked about how bad hospital software was. That coffee became Oncominder.
2023
The hospital tools go live
Our first three hospitals in California start using Oncominder. They use it for patient records, appointments, and billing.
2024
The research tools go live
We add study forms, digital consent, and side-effect tracking. Cedars-Sinai becomes the first to use both hospital and research tools together.
2025
SOC 2 Type II and EU data storage
An independent audit is completed. Our EU data centre opens in Frankfurt. Our Berlin office opens soon after.
2026
More than 300 hospitals and clinics
Hospitals, research groups, and trial companies join us around the world. Our Singapore office opens to serve Asia-Pacific.

Genetic test results in the record
Put lab genetic results in the patient record, where the care team can read them.
AI notes (doctors choose to use it)
The AI listens to the visit and drafts the note. The patient agrees first. Every note is recorded.
Run it on your own servers
A ready-made setup for hospitals that must keep data inside their own building or country.

What we shipped recently.
v2026.04 · A new bed board
Move a patient to another ward by dragging their name. See which beds are in isolation. A new cleaning list cut the time to ready a bed by 28% in our test hospitals.
v2026.03 · Study forms, version 3
Forms now show or hide questions based on earlier answers. Each field checks itself as you type. Queries sit next to the form. We built this with two trial companies running Phase III studies.
v2026.02 · Log in with your hospital account
Staff can log in with the same account they use for hospital email. New staff get access automatically. When someone leaves, their access ends. Every change is recorded.
