Yes. You get both modules for free. There is no limit on staff, branches, or studies. We do not take a card, so there is nothing to charge.
We have not set prices yet. When paid plans are ready, we will post them here. We will also email every organization well before then. Nothing starts billing on its own.
Nothing moves. Your organization, staff, and records stay where they are. You pick a plan at that point. Early-access organizations get time to change over, not a cut-off.
Anyone on your team who logs in counts as a staff member. Patients using the patient portal do not count. Shared front-desk accounts can be set up separately. During early access, add as many staff as you need.
Yes. We sign both when you join, if your organization handles patient health data or data about people in the EU. This is free too.
